Max Gear operates in the industrial sector, supplying forged parts in carbon steel and alloy steels for a wide range of applications, including automotive, agricultural, power transmission, and others. Among its clients are OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers that use its products on assembly lines and in the aftermarket, confirming the quality and reliability of our products.

All tooling design and manufacturing are carried out in-house by our engineering team, aiming to serve our customers better each day.

Max Gear’s forging division is equipped with:

  • Friction presses of 250, 450, and 800 tons, with the capacity to forge parts up to 20 kg, depending on their geometry;

     

  • Upsetters for shafts of 1 ½”, 2 ½”, and 5”, with induction heating across all production lines.
