Max Gear’s machining structure features modern horizontal and vertical machining centers, capable of machining parts with dimensions up to 600 x 600 x 600 mm. The company also has dedicated cells for manufacturing items from its product line, such as axle shafts, satellite carriers, satellite gears, universal joints, and more.

Planetary and satellite gears, ring gears, and pinions are produced on GLEASON equipment, ensuring full integration with the project. All tooling is developed in-house by our engineering team, ensuring precise part development and a high level of product quality.
