Max Gear’s Quality Department is composed of qualified professionals and specialists in the automotive sector, with a focus on transmission systems for medium and heavy-duty vehicles.

We also rely on modern equipment for raw material quality control, as well as for conducting tests on materials produced during the manufacturing processes.

Testing Laboratory

Max Gear has a metallographic laboratory where product analyses are performed, equipped with advanced technologies. Available equipment includes: spectrometer, microscope with metallographic analysis software, Brinell, Rockwell C, and Vickers hardness testers, as well as a microhardness tester for layer analysis, and sample preparation tools.

Universal testing machines, also known as tensile testing machines, are used for analyzing forged and cast parts.
