Among its clients there are car makers and OEMs that apply its products in their assembly lines and spare part market, assuring the quality and reliability of our product. The whole design and construction of tooling are developed internally by our engineering team in order to service our client better every time.

Max Gear Forging Process relies on the following equipment:

• Friction Press of 250, 450 e 800 tons, with capacity to forge parts up to 20Kg depending on their geometry.


• Forging press for axles of 1 ½”, 2 ½” e 5″, induction heating in all lines.
